By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Ordering. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it by email when it ships. We may cancel or refuse an order — out of stock, a pricing error, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, you get a full refund.

Pricing. All prices are in U.S. dollars and don't include sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout. Prices can change, but never after you've placed an order.

Product appearance. We do our best to show colors accurately, but screens vary and printed goods have natural variation. Small differences between the photo and what arrives are normal and aren't defects.

Our designs. All artwork, designs, logos and slogans on this site are original work owned by V&D Originals LLC. You're buying the product, not the design. Copying, reproducing or reselling our artwork isn't allowed without written permission.

Limits. To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
