Returns & Exchanges

We want you happy with what you bought. If something isn't right, here's how it works.

30 days. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.

Condition. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and have the tags attached. We can't resell something that's been worn, so we can't take those back.

Return shipping. You cover return shipping on standard returns. Once it's back and checks out, we refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Size exchanges. Your first exchange is free — we'll cover shipping both ways.

If we messed up. Wrong item, missing item, or damaged? That's on us. Email a photo to hello@vdoriginals.com within 30 days and we'll replace it with a prepaid label. No cost to you.

Stickers, magnets and coozies are final sale — but if one shows up damaged, tell us and we'll replace it free.
